It doesn’t matter how good your secateurs and shears are - if they’re blunt, they’re useless. Sharpen little and often, and learn to take pride and pleasure in it. Become familiar with your whetstone, don’t think of it as a chore - and certainly don’t get some one else to do it for you!

This little bundle is all you need to get started. The #1000 Stone is perfect for every day sharpening, while the Twin Diamond File is coarser, and can put a new edge on old, damaged blades. The Clean Mate removes rust, sap and grime, and the Camellia Oil protects everything from corrosion.

1. For returns, please email info@roxannesdriedflowers.com within 15 days of delivery with order number for store credit, minus original shipping cost and 15% restocking fee
2.  For damaged products, please email info@roxannesdriedflowers.com within 48 hours of delivery with order number and images for a refund, which can take 5-15 business days to process
3. Products must be returned in original box with packaging intact and customers are responsible for all shipping costs. Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable. 
4. We reserve the right to deny your request for a return if return requests are not met. 

Any item purchased on sale or at a discounted price is final sale and therefore non-returnable. We do not accept returns on perfume, soaps, lotions, essential oils, and refresher oils. Workshop and event tickets are eligible for half of their value in store credit.

If your order is missing or damaged, file a claim with the mail carrier and email photos to info@roxannesdriedflowers.com.
